Metro SmartTray ESD carts are designed to maximise productivity by speeding up workflow, minimising damage when handling PCBs and providing superior ESD protection. The 457 x 660 mm (18 x 26 in.) footprint of the electrically conductive PCB system trolleys allows for the handling of PCBs of various sizes.

The ESD safe SmartTray tray supports efficient tracking of work-in-progress and finished products through the use of barcode technology. Colour-coded accessories for unique identification allow SmartTray ESD trays and ESD carts to be sorted and categorised by product type, application or specific production.
The productivity-oriented Open Starsys® ESD transport and storage system with high storage capacity, adapts to changes and provides safe and convenient access to the stored material. The optional full-extension shelf provides improved handling compared to standard shelving.
