The functional design of the cleanroom stainless steel case carts maximises the usable interior space to perform storage and transport tasks efficiently. The stainless steel case carts can be used wherever the contents need to be protected from an "unclean" environment.
The stainless-steel cabinet and optional shelves have smooth edges to protect delicate products. Shelf brackets adjust quickly in 51-mm increments. The removable shelves and the stainless-steel cabinet can be easily cleaned. Shock absorbers and durable stainless-steel casters provide a noticeably smoother ride for stainless steel carts.
Proficient: Optional clear doors and status flags on patent-pending CaseVue™ medical instrument carts provide a quick view of the cart's load status at all times. Cool-touch handles eliminate the need for a protective towel or heat-protective gloves to remove the cart from the wash. Biohazard signal wheel indicates used carts and paper holder conveniently holds pick lists and routing slips.
Clean design: The stainless steel trolleys are designed to be easy to clean and do not retain water. The stainless steel corner handles of the CaseVue™ medical carts are coated with a cool-touch polymer with Microban® antimicrobial product protection.
Easy to maneuver: Full-length handles on both sides of the cleanroom carts allow pushing or pulling from either side and better control of the cleanroom cart.
Easy to maintain: The double-walled door construction offers better strength and minimises maintenance. Swivel castors on each side of the trolley allow for individual replacement if damage occurs.
Durable wheels: All stainless steel wheel construction. Sealed stainless steel ball bearings, 5” (125 mm) or 6" (152 mm) diameter wheels, swivel, with brake and with swivel lock. The rounded wheel tread provides less surface contact and improves rolling behavior. The softer tread absorbs more energy when rolling and reduces the overall noise of the trolley.
